Learn to heal your inner child with the Teal Swan Completion Process

The Completion Process is a structured way to heal inner wounds and emotional traumas through a step-by-step process. The process, designed by American author Teal Swan, uses a blend of techniques including inner child work, hypnosis, NLP, etc., and combines them in a powerful way that has been proven in numerous cases. In my coaching, you will learn how this process works, what steps are involved, and how you can apply this process for yourself when you feel overwhelmed by emotions.

Hendrik Roggemann on the processing of emotional trauma

The moment I applied for the training in the Completion Process with Teal Swan was certainly one of the decisive moments in my career as a trauma therapist and coach. The fact that I was lucky enough to be accepted among hundreds of applicants for the first training course in Europe still gives me goosebumps today.

I had already been practicing as a hypnotherapist in Germany for several years before I was selected by the American trauma expert Teal Swan in 2016 to receive her personal training and certification. I then became an assistant trainer and master coach on Teal Swan’s team in 2017, accompanying her training sessions and workshops in various European cities to deepen my knowledge of this method.

Today, I work with clients all over the world, helping them to release emotional trauma in order to live more freely and happily.

Why “The Completion Process”, why trauma and shadow work?

Despite our best efforts to “just get on with it” or “get over it”, there are events in life that we cannot simply ignore, no matter how hard we try. They will resurface eventually, sometimes only in the form of inexplicable emotions or physical symptoms (so-called psychosomatics), sometimes more clearly associated with images and memories.

Our society rejects such experiences. We don’t learn how to deal with them, so we seek escape. Until that no longer works and we become seriously ill or emotionally distressed.

There is a cause for every emotional pain, even if you are not even aware of it.

It is time to turn to this emotional pain, accept it and heal the trauma. I am happy to support and accompany you on this journey.

Because trauma healing also means that you no longer have to go through it alone.

How to overcome emotional traumas

When healing trauma, I like to work with a tool that combines various current methods from trauma therapy into a coherent process: The Completion Process by Teal Swan. The process leads to the integration of the experienced trauma and frees the memory from the intensity of the pain. The trauma becomes a memory, a part of life. Scars may remain. But the injury can heal.

The Law of Attraction and the Effects of Trauma

How often do we hear about women who break out of an abusive relationship only to end up with the same type of partner again, even though they were determined to do things differently this time? Or the man who quits his job because he is being bullied and his boss is a creep – and then it happens again in the next job.

The law of attraction is responsible for this. And that is one of the particularly uncomfortable pills to swallow on the path to healing.

We are constantly sending signals outwards, and thus also receive in life what we send. The catch is that much of it happens unconsciously. Of course, a woman is not aware at the moment of getting to know a man that she has again chosen a partner who fits the old pattern. And no one will consciously choose the new job with the again choleric boss either.

But we can influence these things – if we start to deal with the subconscious causes.

Through shadow work, we become the creators of our lives again and leave the position of the powerless victim.

It is about taking our lives back into our own hands and experiencing happiness and self-determination.

What my clients say

I am very happy to receive such wonderful feedback from my clients.

J.: It’s probably not possible to describe in words what happened in a relatively short period of time.
But for me it was a unique and necessary experience. It shed so much light on things.

So much has changed since then in a short time. And I feel good. Better than before. More open, more self-confident.

And that relates more to my feelings and my inner world. I can now show them to the outside world better because I have found out where the feelings come from and that they are part of me. And for this reason I can accept them better.

The beautiful feeling of union with “myself” and with my inner children, who are all waiting to be seen and embraced.

It was nice to be guided along the way with specific, careful questions. To a place where there was a lot of pain at first and a lot was suppressed. But then so much good happened because for the first time I was able to fully accept what I was showing and feeling.

I think this completion process has set something in motion and I felt the effects directly on and in me, in my body. It’s true that not everything gets better immediately. Maybe you feel worse for a short time, but after that it can get better. I can only recommend it, for me it was indescribable and a great experience!

Manuela: Hendrik is a great companion, coach and Completion Process Practitioner. He accompanied me through the Completion Process with deep connection and strong presence. I felt safe and familiar while Hendrik gently and compassionately helped me integrate a traumatic emotional wound regarding my birth. After the session with Hendrik, I felt very cared for, relaxed and peaceful. Hendrik is a wonderful companion to bring light into suppressed feelings and traumas and he helps to re-access and feel one’s own strengths and resources. Thank you very much, Hendrik <3

W.:…I feel so much better, you wouldn’t believe it. … Feels like half my thoughts have changed already….

I’ve never had changes like this before. I’ll keep you posted, I think my life is really changing quite a bit…

What is the completion process according to Teal Swan?

The “Completion Process” by Teal Swan is a therapeutic technique that aims to integrate and heal unresolved emotional conflicts, traumas and painful experiences from the past.

Teal Swan, a spiritual teacher and author, developed this process and described it in a book. For me, the process represents a successful combination of hypnotherapeutic and trauma-therapeutic methods that I have not been able to find in this combination in other authors.

The Completion Process consists of several steps (there are 18 steps in the book) that are designed to recognize and integrate deep emotional wounds.

These are some of the key points of the completion process:

Activating the stressful experience (the trauma): The process begins by activating a difficult emotion by engaging with a corresponding feeling and, using a perception exercise (with the help of a light hypnotic trance), calling the memory of the original traumatic experience from the subconscious into consciousness.

Validation / recognition of the experience: This step involves recognizing and validating the feelings and experiences that arise when the memory is activated.

Healing: Through appropriate hypnotherapeutic interventions and visualization techniques, the original experience is emotionally processed and finally integrated.

Integration: The last step aims to integrate the processed memories and emotions into the person’s present life and thus complete the process.

Even though the Completion Process is available to everyone in the form of a self-help book, it makes sense to be guided through the process by a certified practitioner.

I completed the training in 2016 directly with the author Teal Swan and have since further refined the method with the help of techniques from hypnotherapy. This enables me to offer a high level of security and experience in guiding you through the process.

At the same time, I would like to point out that the Completion Process is just one of several methods I use in coaching to release stressful emotions. Together with my clients, I embark on a journey of discovery into the land of emotions, on which we find out how the goal can best be achieved.
