Legal Bases
Legal basis for consent: Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 GDPR. For the performance of a contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For compliance with legal obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. For legitimate interests: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Security Measures
In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk. This includes in particular safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
Therapeutic Services and Coaching
We process client data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in order to perform our contractual services. Data processed includes master and identification data (name, address), contact data (email, phone), contract data (services used, fees), and payment data. Data is deleted once it is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Contact
When you contact us (e.g. by email or phone), the information you provide is processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Inquiries are deleted once they are no longer necessary, and at the latest after two years.
Appointment Booking: Acuity Scheduling
We use Acuity Scheduling (Acuity Scheduling, Inc., 79 Madison Ave, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10016, USA) for online appointment booking. When booking, your name, email address, and any other information required for the appointment are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Video Conferencing: Zoom
We use Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Blvd, Suite 600, San Jose, CA 95113, USA) for online sessions via video conference. Zoom processes technical connection data as well as audio and video recordings of participants. For more information, see: zoom.us/privacy.
Newsletter: MailerLite
Our newsletter is sent via MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lvivo g. 25-104, LT-09320 Vilnius, Lithuania). The registration uses a double opt-in process. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze user behavior on our website. Google Analytics uses cookies. The data collected is transmitted to Google servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can opt out of data collection by installing the Google Analytics opt-out plugin. For more information, see: policies.google.com/privacy.
Social Media Presence
We maintain online presences on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram in order to communicate with users active on those platforms. When you visit our social media profiles, data may be processed by the respective platforms. Please refer to the privacy policies of the individual platforms for further details.
Cookies
We use temporary and permanent cookies. Temporary cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until deleted or expired. You can disable the storage of cookies in your browser settings; however, this may result in limited functionality of the website.
Deletion of Data
Personal data is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. Under German law, retention periods of 10 years (§ 147 AO) and 6 years (§ 257 HGB) apply to tax-relevant and commercial documents.
