My Path to This Work

Before I could accompany others on their healing journey, I had to walk this path myself. An international career as a management consultant ended in burnout in 2010 – the beginning of my own process of working through the trauma I had successfully escaped into my work.

What followed was a deep encounter with myself: with the inner child, with shadow work, with the Completion Process. Not as theory, but as lived experience – often painful, always transformative.

Today I accompany clients with the same openness and clarity I would have needed on my own path.

How I Work

My approach combines different methods into an integrated process. At the center is always the same question: What does this person need now – and what did they need back then, but never receive?

Using techniques from hypnotherapy, inner child work, and the Completion Process by Teal Swan, we get to the core quickly and effectively. Not through years of analysis, but through direct work with the feelings and experiences still waiting for integration.

Our relationships are the mirror of our inner world. Patterns tend to repeat until we are ready to truly look at them. I accompany you in that process – with sensitivity, without judgment, and with full trust in your own capacity to heal.

Training & Qualifications

  • Licensed Non-Medical Practitioner for Psychotherapy (license granted by the Public Health Office of Rostock, Germany, pursuant to § 1(1) HPG)
  • Trained in the Completion Process by Teal Swan
  • Trained in hypnotherapy and hypnotherapeutic techniques
  • Inner child work and trauma integration
  • Many years of personal experience as a client and ongoing professional development
  • International experience in individual sessions, in English and German
