Hendrik Roggemann holds a German state license as a Heilpraktiker (non-medical healing practitioner), restricted to the field of psychotherapy. This license was granted by the Public Health Office of Rostock, Germany, pursuant to § 1(1) of the German Heilpraktikergesetz (HPG).
The governing regulation is the Heilpraktikergesetz – “Act on the Professional Practice of Medicine without a Medical Degree” of 17 February 1939, as amended by Art. 53 EGStGB of 2 March 1974 (BGBl. I p. 469).
